Job Summary:

An Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Electrical Utilities like DG Sets, HT LT Panel, transformers, UPS etc and electrical systems within a manufacturing plant. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical components to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Electrical Utilities like DG Sets, transformers, HT and LT panel, compressors motors etc.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in Utilities.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade wiring, circuits, and control panels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Operate electrical testing equipment to measure voltage, current, and resistance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.




- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- ITI Certification in Electrical field.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and legal regulations.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in industrial automation and PLC systems.
- Knowledge of motor control systems and power distribution.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Growth opportunities:

- Salary varies based on experience and location, typically ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹29,000 per month.
