- Supervise and coordinate home-care nursing staff and their daily assignments.
- Assess patients’ nursing needs and ensure appropriate care plans are followed.
- Monitor the quality, safety, and continuity of patient care at home.
- Conduct regular home visits and evaluate patient progress and nursing services.
- Guide, train, and support nurses and caregivers in clinical procedures.
- Ensure proper medication administration, documentation, and reporting.
- Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient care.
- Handle emergencies and arrange timely medical intervention when required.
- Maintain nursing records, duty rosters, incident reports, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection-control practices, organizational policies, and qualified standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,864.05 per month
