We are looking for a Telecalling & Customer Conversion Executive to manage customer calling activities and support the conversion process.

The role involves coordinating with telecallers, ensuring customers are contacted on time, sharing relevant documentation and promotional reels, following up with interested customers, and helping convert enquiries into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day telecalling activities.
- Ensure leads/customers are contacted regularly and properly followed up.
- Share relevant documents, information, brochures and promotional reels with customers through WhatsApp or other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the right information.
- Follow up with interested customers and move them towards conversion.
- Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.




- Coordinate with the team to improve calling performance and conversion rates.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Track pending follow-ups and ensure no genuine enquiry is missed.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi is mandatory.
- Telugu and/or English communication will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile applications and computers.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards conversion targets.
- Freshers and junior candidates can apply.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
