Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the entire QC department for fabrication and machine shop.

- Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components, welded jobs, and machined parts.

- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawings and customer specifications.

- Prepare and maintain QC documentation including inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, MTC, WPS/PQR.

- Implement and monitor ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ensure audit compliance.

- Handle PD Certification, Third Party Inspection (TPI), and customer inspections.

- Control measuring instruments and manage calibration.

- Train and guide QC inspectors and shop floor team.

- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase for quality improvements.

- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.





Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Fabrication and Welding Symbols

- Proficient in reading Engineering Drawings and GD&T;

- Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge

- In-depth knowledge of ISO Documentation and QMS

- Knowledge of PD Certification and Product Documentation

- Leadership skills

- Effective communication skills

Pay: ₹54,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
