Key Responsibilities :

- Acquire new clients and generate business through direct sales, references, calls, and field activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active Demat and trading account clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and explain relevant stock-broking products and services.
- Encourage clients to actively use trading and investment platforms.
- Achieve monthly business, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
- Ensure professional and compliant communication with clients.

Eligibility :

- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA
- Experience:



1+ year in stock broking, financial services, sales, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge/interest in the stock market.
- Strong sales and client-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
