We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to manage factory operations with a strong focus on production output, productivity, quality, cost control and timely delivery.

Position: Production Manager – Factory

- Experience: 5–7 years
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Additional Qualification: MBA in Production/Operations will be an added advantage
- Industry Preference: Fabrication / Façade / Furniture / Engineering Manufacturing
- Salary Budget: Starting from 10 LPA ( no bar for right candudte)
- Preferred Candidate: Candidates residing in or around Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Output Management

- Plan, schedule and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production activities.
- Achieve planned production output and production targets within defined timelines.
- Monitor actual production output versus planned output and take immediate corrective action for shortfalls.
- Improve overall production capacity, productivity and machine utilisation.
- Set production targets for different sections, processes and teams

who can independently drive factory performance and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong experience in production planning, execution and shop-floor management.
- Proven ability to achieve production targets, improve productivity and control production costs.
- Solid understanding of fabrication / engineering manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Ability to monitor output vs. plan, manpower productivity, machine utilisation, rejection and rework.
- Strong manpower planning, team handling and shop-floor discipline.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and take quick corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, cost and on-time delivery.
- Capability to work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Projects/Planning teams.
- Strong MIS, production reporting and data-driven decision-making skills.
- A result-oriented, accountable and hands-on approach with the ability to manage factory operations independently.

Expectation: The selected candidate will be responsible for driving production performance end-to-end and delivering committed output, productivity, quality and delivery targets.

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
