Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls generate leads explain company services and convert interested prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries

Explain company products services courses and solutions clearly

Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information

Follow up regularly with interested customers

Convince customers and handle objections professionally

Schedule appointments meetings demos and counselling sessions

Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow ups

Update customer information in CRM Excel or Google Sheets

Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling targets

Coordinate with the sales and business development team for lead conversion

Maintain regular follow up with prospective and existing customers

Prepare daily and weekly calling reports

Maintain professional communication with customers





Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good convincing and interpersonal skills

Strong follow up and customer handling skills

Good listening and problem solving skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to handle customer objections professionally

English and Telugu communication skills preferred

Qualification

Any Graduate or Undergraduate with good communication skills

Freshers can apply

Candidates with previous experience in telecalling sales customer support or business development will be preferred

Should have good communication and convincing abilities

Should be comfortable making outbound calls

Should be willing to work with daily calling targets

Should be able to maintain regular customer follow ups

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and skills with performance based incentives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
