Telemarketer – Publishing & Author Outreach

DNA Publications is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our growing team.

What you'll do

- Make outbound calls to prospective authors and clients.
- Explain DNA Publications’ publishing services clearly.
- Understand prospects’ requirements and identify opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the publishing team.
- Maintain accurate lead and call records.

What we're looking for

- Excellent Tamil & English communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.




- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
