Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the complete hiring lifecycle - from sourcing to closing. You will be the bridge between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, and Referrals

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client expectations

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups





- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

- Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment data

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers or 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

- Graduation is mandatory

- Must be comfortable with Work From Office - Malad West
