Job Description-Position Summary- The Zoho Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting business applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The role will develop custom applications, automate business processes, implement integrations, and configure Zoho products such as Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho ERP, Zoho Inventory, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow to support various organizational functions including Membership Management, Finance, Procurement, HR, Examination Management, and Customer Services.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Automation ∙Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator. ∙Build forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes. ∙Develop business logic using Deluge scripting. ∙Configure workflow automation across multiple Zoho applications. ∙Design and implement custom modules and business processes.

Zoho Product Implementation ∙Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and customer journeys. ∙Configure Zoho Books for accounting, invoicing, taxation, and financial workflows. ∙Configure Zoho Inventory for procurement, stock management, warehouse operations, and inventory tracking. ∙Configure Zoho People for employee lifecycle, leave, attendance, and HR workflows. ∙Configure Zoho ERP ∙Develop reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics. ∙Implement cross-application automation using Zoho Flow.

Integration & API Development ∙Develop and consume REST APIs. ∙Integrate Zoho applications with external systems and third-party applications. ∙Implement payment gateway, SMS, email, ERP, HRMS, and government platform integrations. ∙Build and maintain custom API connectors and webhooks.



∙Ensure secure integration using OAuth and other authentication mechanisms.

Data Management ∙Design data models and relationships. ∙Perform data migration, validation, and synchronization. ∙Ensure data consistency across multiple applications. ∙Develop data import/export processes.

Testing & Support ∙Perform unit testing and system testing. ∙Resolve application issues and defects. ∙Support user acceptance testing (UAT). ∙Provide post-deployment support and enhancements. ∙Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.

Experience ∙3+ years of experience in Zoho application development and customization. ∙Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. ∙Experience implementing at least three or more enterprise-grade Zoho projects. ∙Experience integrating Zoho applications with external systems through APIs. ∙Experience working with Finance, CRM, Inventory, HR, or Workflow Management solutions.

Pay: ₹14,387.32 - ₹65,428.56 per month
