Responsible for supervising and coordinating CNC production activities, ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, timely completion of jobs, and proper utilization of manpower and machines.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily CNC production activities and allocate work to operators.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Ensure CNC machines are operated safely and efficiently.
- Check production drawings, measurements, and job requirements before production.
- Monitor product quality and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, production, and installation teams.
- Manage CNC operators and production workers and monitor their performance.
- Identify and resolve production issues, machine problems,



and workflow delays.
- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, job status, and daily production reports.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and report breakdowns promptly.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Ensure completed CNC work is properly checked and handed over for further processing/installation.
- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹3,500,040,000.00 per month
