F&B; (Food and Beverage) Captain manages a specific station or outlet, acting as the main link between guests, the serving team and the kitchen ,Guest Service and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests: Greet visitors warmly, seat them at clean tables, and present menus.
- Take orders: Guide guests through menu items, explain specials, and note any dietary needs or allergies.
- Monitor service: Oversee the timing of food and drink delivery to ensure smooth dining flow.
- Handle feedback: Check on table satisfaction and resolve any guest complaints right away.
- Handle billing: Process payments accurately using the restaurant's Point of Sales (POS) system.

Team Leadership and Training

- Lead briefings: Run pre-shift meetings to assign station tables and discuss VIP guests.
- Supervise staff: Guide junior servers and busboys to maintain high standards of grooming and courtesy.
- Train team members: Teach new staff about menu details, upselling techniques, and service rules.

Standards and Administration

- Maintain cleanliness: Inspect dining areas,



side stations, tableware, and uniforms for hygiene compliance (such as HACCP rules).
- Manage inventory: Track stock levels and report shortages to the F&B; Manager.
- Coordinate tasks: Help organize duty rosters and complete end-of-shift reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of overall experience in F&B; service, with at least 1–2 years working in a Captain or senior supervisory role.
- Physical & Shift Flexibility: Capability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends, evening shifts, and holidays.
- Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage pairings, menu items, ingredients, and allergen protocols

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
