About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage high-end luxury residential construction projects from planning and execution through completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing luxury villas, premium residential developments, high-end residences, and large-scale construction projects, with solid expertise in project planning, execution, quality control, cost management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete execution of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee all civil construction activities including excavation, RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and external development.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and construction drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Identify project risks,



delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and take timely corrective action.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, work schedules, and site records.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling variations and unnecessary expenditure.
- Ensure strict compliance with construction quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and completion timelines.
- Ensure proper handover of completed projects with all required documentation and snagging completed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
- Strong and proven experience in luxury residential construction is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience handling luxury villas, premium residences,



high-end residential projects, or similar developments.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, finishing, and quality standards.
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and project stakeholders effectively.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management/construction software is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who has successfully managed high-value luxury residential projects and understands the level of quality, detailing, finishing, and execution expected in premium developments.

Candidates with experience in luxury villas, high-end residential buildings, private residences, premium apartments, or luxury hospitality projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
