We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage our Instagram presence. The candidate should be able to plan content, create and edit engaging Reels, schedule posts and consistently work towards improving reach, engagement and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, shoot and edit Instagram Reels.
- Develop engaging hooks, captions, Stories and post ideas.
- Schedule and publish Reels, posts and Stories consistently.
- Maintain a proper reposting and content-repurposing schedule.
- Identify trending audio, formats and relevant content opportunities.
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Monitor reach, engagement, profile visits and follower growth.
- Analyse content performance and submit weekly reports.
- Coordinate with photographers, editors and the management team.
- Maintain the brand’s premium, warm and family-focused visual style.
- Organise and maintain all social media content files.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and current trends.
- Positive video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to write engaging hooks and captions.




- Basic understanding of Instagram analytics.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 1 year of relevant social media or content creation experience.
- Experience with photography, parenting, baby, fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Comfortable appearing in or directing Reels when required.
- Creative, proactive and updated on social media trends.
- Must have a portfolio or links to previously managed pages and edited Reels.

- Consistency of posting
- Quality of Reels and content
- Growth in reach and engagement
- Improvement in relevant followers
- Content calendar completion
- Timely publishing and reporting
- Number of qualified enquiries generated through social media

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
