Job description:
A Collections Manager/Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the process of collecting outstanding debts or payments owed to a company or organization. This involves developing and implementing strategies, managing a team (in the case of a manager), and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to recover funds while maintaining positive client relationships.
1. Developing and implementing collection strategies
2. Contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans
3. Resolving disputes and handling complaints
4. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
5. Analyzing data and identifying trends
6. Financial acumen
7. followup with the costumers
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
