Key Responsibilities1. Group HR Strategy
- Develop and implement the Group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish standard HR policies, systems and processes across all Group companies.
- Partner with the CEO, Directors and senior leadership on people-related decisions.
- Support organisational restructuring, expansion and business transformation.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting across Group companies.
- Drive recruitment for critical, managerial and leadership positions.
- Develop succession plans and talent pipelines for key roles.
- Strengthen employer branding and recruitment processes.
3. Performance Management
- Design and manage the Group-wide Performance Management System (PMS).
- Establish KPIs/KRAs and ensure effective performance reviews.
- Drive appraisal, promotion and increment processes.
- Identify high performers and develop succession plans.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build a strong, positive and performance-oriented organisational culture.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction, attrition and workplace issues.
- Establish effective grievance-handling and employee-relations processes.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify organisational and individual training needs.
- Develop annual training and development plans.
- Implement leadership development and competency-building programmes.
- Create career-development pathways for employees.
6. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure effective HR operations across all Group entities.
- Oversee employee records, attendance, leave,
payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance and external consultants on HR compliance matters.
7. HR Policies & Systems
- Develop, review and standardise HR policies across the Group.
- Implement and optimise HRMS/digital HR systems.
- Establish HR dashboards and regular MIS reporting.
- Ensure consistency and governance of HR practices across business units.
8. Organisation Development
- Review organisational structures and manpower productivity.
- Develop job descriptions, job grades and competency frameworks.
- Support succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive HR initiatives that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
9. HR Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop the Group HR team and HR heads of individual companies.
- Establish clear HR governance and accountability.
- Ensure effective coordination between Corporate HR and business-unit HR teams.
- Build a professional, responsive and business-oriented HR function.

Preferred Experience
- 12–18+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience handling HR for multiple business units, companies or locations.
- Strong exposure to senior-management and leadership hiring.
- Experience in manufacturing / retail / services / diversified Group environments will be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading an HR team and implementing HR systems and policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
