Your key responsibilities

- Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.
- Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.
- Team lead experience is mandatory Should have managed 5-6 Sales Managers)
- Experience: 10 to 15 years’ experience
- The position requires candidates to have hands-on experience with Loan Against Property (LAP) and to act as a team leader managing 5-6 Sales Managers.



The advisor is responsible for acquiring current business from the open market and maintaining a strong network of at least 10 Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for regular file discussions. Managing existing DSAsand empaneling new ones is also a key responsibility
