Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Centre Team Leader to manage and guide a team of customer service executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, ensuring quality customer interactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the day-to-day activities of the call centre team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets and KPIs.
- Ensure effective handling of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.




- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper follow-up on customer enquiries, leads, complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and support team development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
