Job Overview
Canam Consultants Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Visa Counsellor – Canada to guide students through the Canada study visa process and ensure smooth application handling from counselling to visa filing.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding Canada study visa requirements, eligibility, courses, colleges/universities, and application procedures.
- Handle student applications from initial counselling through visa filing and submission.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions based on their academic and career goals.
- Provide accurate guidance on admission requirements, financial documentation, SOPs, and visa documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration, study permit, and post-study work policies.
- Review and verify documents to ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with admissions and documentation teams for timely application processing.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication throughout the application and visa process.




- Maintain accurate records of applications and update students regarding their application status.
- Achieve counselling, application, and conversion targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Canada student visa counselling/filing.
- Strong knowledge of the Canada study visa process and current immigration policies.
- Good understanding of Canadian colleges, universities, programs, intakes, and admission requirements.
- Robust communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to assess student profiles and provide suitable course/institution recommendations.
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
