About the Role

Pet India Industries is looking for a confident, creative and people-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

The role involves digital marketing, lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups and building business relationships through various online channels.

Prior experience in the PET/packaging industry is not required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support digital marketing activities across online platforms.
- Generate and handle leads through various marketing channels.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers and understand their requirements and attend meetings if necessary.
- Follow up with leads and support the conversion of enquiries into business opportunities.
- Support social media activities, online promotions and marketing campaigns.




- Maintain records of leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to take customer enquiries forward.

What We’re Looking For

- Preferably an MBA graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Confident, proactive and people-oriented.
- Good communication, listening and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge about our products and industry.

Experience

Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, customer relations, lead generation or similar roles may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
