Are you an experienced Optimizely CMS professional who can bridge business requirements and IT solutions? We’re looking for a skilled Solutions Specialist with robust CMS expertise, stakeholder management, and solution design capabilities!

Key Role Details

- Position: Optimizely CMS Solutions Specialist
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Optimizely Experience: 5+ Years
- Location: Pune
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Budget: Up to ₹1.4 LPM
- Prerequisite Skill: Optimizely CMS

What You’ll Do:-

- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and sustainable digital solutions.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify requirements and design effective CMS solutions.
- Support solution design, requirements gathering, testing, and delivery of enhancements for enterprise web platforms.
- Conduct CMS and website testing while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Support Scrum Master activities including refinements, sprint planning, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
- Ensure solutions, processes, and procedures are properly documented.
- Support content management processes and web governance.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes across large enterprise websites.




- Identify problems, analyse requirements, and recommend effective solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:-

Strong functional and technical expertise in Optimizely CMS.

5+ years of hands-on experience working with Optimizely CMS.

Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering skills.

Solution design and architecture mindset.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working between business and IT teams.

Experience developing, supporting, or leading solutions on top of Optimizely.

Experience with enterprise integrations and automation solutions.

Strong website/CMS testing and Quality Assurance experience.

Experience working in Agile teams.

Good to Have: HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge.

Understanding of digital communications, content strategy, and SEO principles.

Experience supporting large corporate websites or digital platforms.
