- Assist the Visa Counsellor in handling student/client enquiries related to visa and immigration processes.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate information regarding visa procedures, documentation, and timelines.
- Assist in preparing and organizing visa application files.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.
- Handle client calls, messages, and basic counselling enquiries professionally.
- Support the senior counsellor in day-to-day visa counselling and administrative activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
