Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise rooftop solar installation teams at multiple sites.
- Coordinate daily site activities, manpower and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical practices and site requirements.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage material inventory, site requirements and material movement.
- Plan manpower, materials and activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, customers and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress reports and installation records.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices and site discipline.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar rooftop installation/site supervision preferred.




- Valuable understanding of electrical and rooftop solar installation.
- Strong team-management and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling to different sites across Bangalore.
- Good knowledge of safety, inventory and basic reporting/Excel.
- Ability to take ownership and manage site execution independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
