MARKETING EXECUTIVE – PEDIATRICS

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive with prior hospital marketing experience to promote and develop the hospital's Pediatric services. The candidate will be responsible for building strong referral relationships with pediatricians, doctors, clinics and healthcare professionals and increasing pediatric patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Pediatricians, GPs, clinics, nursing homes and referral doctors.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate pediatric patient referrals.
- Promote Ovum's Pediatric, Neonatal and Child Healthcare services.
- Identify current referral sources and opportunities to increase pediatric patient footfall.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing referral doctors and healthcare partners.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, pediatric awareness programs, doctor meets and CMEs.
- Build relationships with schools, day-care centres, residential communities and other relevant institutions.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments for marketing initiatives and referral activities.




- Maintain daily field visit reports, doctor databases, referral details and MIS reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly patient referral and business development targets.
- Support branding, promotional and community outreach activities of the hospital.

Candidate Profile

- Any Bachelor's Degree; MBA/PG in Marketing or Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing is mandatory.
- Only candidates with hospital/healthcare marketing experience will be considered.
- Strong existing network with Pediatricians and doctors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong field marketing and business development skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹9,028.27 - ₹40,867.07 per month
