Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, glass/aluminium teams, and other agencies.
- Allocate daily work to labourers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Coordinate material requirements and follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Check the quality of interior work and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Verify measurements and completed work before reporting to the senior/project team.
- Coordinate different teams to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
- Communicate with designers,



project managers, clients, and vendors regarding site requirements and issues.
- Identify site-related problems and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, pending-work lists, material requirements, and site updates.
- Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and site work.
- Valuable vendor and labour coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the site.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working under project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
