About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company dealing in residential and commercial properties for Sale and Rent. We help property owners and customers with property listings, property visits, buying, selling, and renting requirements.

Job Role

We are looking for a Field Executive who can visit properties across Bengaluru, take good-quality photos and videos, collect basic property details, and coordinate with property owners and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

Property Visit & Photography

- Visit residential and commercial properties for Sale and Rent.
- Take clear photos and videos of the property.
- Capture rooms, exterior, entrance, parking, amenities, and other key areas.
- Make sure all required photos and videos are taken properly.
- Send the photos and videos to the Zorba Estates team after the visit.

Property Coordination

- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, brokers, or representatives for property visits.
- Confirm the visit timing and property location.
- Collect basic details such as property type, location, size, price/rent, and availability.
- Share the property details and visit updates with the office team.
- Inform the team about any issues or changes related to the property.




- Coordinate with the team if additional photos or information are required.

Field Work

- Travel to different property locations across Bengaluru.
- Follow the daily property visit schedule.
- Use Google Maps for navigation.
- Maintain regular communication with the office team.
- Complete other field-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 10+2 / Any Degree.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Positive smartphone handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of taking photos and videos.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada, Hindi, or English communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work on-field.

Previous experience in real estate or field work is an advantage, but freshers are also welcome.
