HIRING – FLEET OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Position: Fleet Operation Supervisor
Location: Kalinganagar, Jajpur Road
Experience: 2–5 Years in Fleet/Transport Operations
Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily bus/fleet schedules and route plans.
- Line up and coordinate drivers as per daily operational requirements.
- Monitor driver attendance, deployment and route performance.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance schedules for buses.
- Coordinate and respond promptly to on-road vehicle breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain route, trip, vehicle and driver records.
- Coordinate with drivers regularly and ensure smooth fleet operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and coordination of drivers.




- Ensure buses operate safely and on schedule.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in fleet/transport operation and driver management preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of routes, vehicle maintenance and fleet scheduling.
- Ability to handle operational issues under pressure.
