Spettro Vision is a full-service digital agency in West Delhi, running since 2013. We handle social media, SEO, performance marketing, web development and AI automation for brands across healthcare, hospitality, automotive, F&B; and D2C. We also run SpettroAI, Spettro Studios and Standee.in.

The Role
You'll be the bridge between our clients, our team and our founder. Clients call you first. When a project is stuck, you unstick it. When a new lead comes in, you take the first call, join the proposal discussion and then run onboarding. You'll also work closely with the CEO to keep his day on track — reminders, follow-ups and a daily morning catch-up to plan priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day communication with existing clients over calls, WhatsApp and meetings
- Track every client's deliverables and coordinate with the internal team to keep work on schedule
- Identify stuck or delayed projects early, find the blocker and get it resolved
- Take first calls with current leads, understand their requirements and brief the team for proposals
- Join proposal discussions and handle client onboarding end to end (kickoff, access, timelines)
- Manage the founder's calendar and follow-ups; remind,



nudge and close loops
- Run the daily team check-in and EOD reporting
- Flag upsell and renewal opportunities from existing accounts

Requirements

- 1–5 years in a digital marketing / creative agency in a client-facing role (Client Servicing, Account Management, Client Success)
- Experience handling multiple client accounts at the same time
- Excellent spoken Hindi and English; comfortable on calls throughout the day
- Working knowledge of social media, SEO, Google/Meta ads and website projects — enough to explain them to a client
- Calm with unhappy clients, firm on timelines
- Highly organised, WhatsApp-native, comfortable with Google Sheets

Nice to Have

- Experience with healthcare, hospitality or automotive clients
- Familiarity with any CRM tool (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Based in Delhi

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM. Office-based.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
