(A Mivan) Store Keeper with 7 + years of experience in Bangalore manages inventory for Mivan aluminum formwork systems used in high-rise civil construction projects. This role involves handling receipt, storage, issuance, and maintenance of shuttering panels, ensuring availability for site teams while minimizing damage or loss. The position is site-based in Bangalore, with the company providing food and accommodation.​

Key Responsibilities :

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming Mivan shuttering materials (wall panels, slab forms, accessories like pins, braces, and wedges) against delivery challans, verifying quantity, quality, and specifications.​
- Organize storage in a systematic, damage-free manner (stacked horizontally, elevated, covered from weather), maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) for optimal reuse in repetitive pours.
- Issue materials to site teams via requisitions, update stock ledgers/bin cards daily, and conduct physical stock verification weekly/monthly to reconcile variances.​

Inventory and Documentation :





- Maintain accurate records in Excel , including stock registers, material receipts/issues notes, and damage reports; generate MIS reports for site manager/project head.​
- Monitor Mivan panel conditions, coordinate minor repairs/cleaning (e.g., removing concrete residue), and flag damaged items for rejection or vendor return.​
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during handling/loading, proper lifting equipment for heavy aluminum panels

Education and Qualification : BE civil and Diploma Civil Engineering ( MIVAN KNOWLEDGE is MUST )

Language are prefered : Tamil,Kannada,Hindi and English
