- Machine Setup: Load raw materials, clamp workpieces securely into fixtures, and select the correct cutting tools.
- Operation & Monitoring: Run pre-written programs, adjust feed and speed rates, and watch the machine to catch errors early.
- Offsets & Programming: Set tool and work offsets, and edit basic G-codes and M-codes as needed.
- Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision tools like micrometers and calipers to match engineering drawings.
- Maintenance & Safety: Keep the work area clean, check coolant levels, and wear proper safety gear.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
