Stipend: ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resource Management. The intern will work closely with the HR team and learn the complete HR process in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities

- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee management and HR documentation.
- Learn and assist in conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
- Get hands-on experience in employee salary preparation and payroll-related processes.
- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Learn how to use recruitment portals such as Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, Apna, and other hiring platforms.
- Assist with screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Work on MS Excel and MS Word for HR documentation and data management.




- Assist in preparing and maintaining company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Maintain employee files, records, and other HR documents.
- Support the HR team in daily HR operations and administrative activities.
