Accountant

Location: Mavelikara, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts & payment entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, quotations & bills.
- Manage GST billing and assist in GST filing.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Process supplier payments and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly financial reports. Maintain stock and inventory records (if required).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST,



TDS & basic accounting principles.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

SALARY ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
