Job description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Structural Design & Drafting Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, design calculations, preparation of structural drawings, and coordination with project teams for commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bar bending schedules (BBS).
- Develop RCC and steel structure drawings based on engineer inputs.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams.
- Update drawings as per project requirements and site changes.
- Maintain drawing records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Provide drafting support to project and site teams.
- Prepare structural designs and calculations for RCC and steel structures.
- Develop structural GA drawings, reinforcement details,



and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project execution teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Assist in quantity estimation and technical documentation.
- Support site teams with design clarifications and revisions.

Requirements

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software.
- Knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
- Valuable communication and coordination skill.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
