Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and institutional customers.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into regular business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote the company's TMT bars/steel products and communicate product specifications and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, dispatches, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities, demand trends, and customer feedback.
- Develop new dealer/distributor networks in assigned territories.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to increase repeat orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports,



market visit reports, and customer follow-up reports.
- Support management in developing territory-wise sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure professional handling of customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in steel, TMT, cement, construction materials, or industrial sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local/assigned market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.
