Position- Customer Support Associate – Seller Support
Location: Pune, Work From Office- 5.5 Days Working- Rotational Shifts & Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle seller queries through Voice, Chat, Email, or assigned channels.
- Resolve queries related to orders, listings, inventory, payments, returns, shipping, account management, and seller performance.
- Troubleshoot issues using SOPs, policies, and support tools.
- Maintain accurate case records and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Meet quality, productivity, AHT, SLA, and attendance targets.
- Identify recurring seller issues and share feedback with the team

Requirements:

- Experience in E-Commerce, Seller Support, Customer Support, Contact Center, or BPO preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.




- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Ability to use multiple systems and CRM/case-management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts

Pay: ₹10,546.70 - ₹32,000.00 per month
