Key Responsibilities:
- Handle current vehicle insurance and renewal requirements.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage, premiums and benefits to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Process insurance quotations, proposals and policies on time.
- Coordinate with Sales, RTO and Accounts teams for vehicle delivery.
- Follow up on insurance renewals and generate renewal business.
- Maintain accurate insurance records and daily reports.
- Achieve assigned insurance targets.
