Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children.
- Follow Montessori principles and encourage independent learning.
- Guide children through age-appropriate Montessori activities.
- Observe and understand each child’s individual needs, interests, and development.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom workplace.
- Communicate professionally and positively with parents regarding children’s progress.
- Participate in school activities, events, and classroom planning.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Requirements
- Must have completed Montessori Teacher Training / Montessori certification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Passion for working with young children.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
