Annex 2 §5.2.1, §5.2.3, §5.3 Owns the Change Management process within the SIAM Lite scope, working in collaboration and consultation with the Client's Change Process Owner to drive an effective and more secure end-to-end Change process across the supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CONTRACTUAL SCOPE • Own the overall management of the Change Management process under SIAM Services and act as the single central point of contact for the process (§5.3). • Advise on all matters relating to Changes — definition, formalisation, evolution, prioritisation, risk, impact and eligibility — and on the optimisation of CAB meetings (§5.2.1). • Participate in and, where agreed with the Client, lead regularly scheduled CAB meetings; prepare CAB reports for Client review and completion. • Own publication of the Change Schedule on the CAB agenda and the sharing of meeting minutes within the governance timelines. • Conduct periodic audits of Change records to ensure appropriate Change logging quality standards are met, in alignment with Client governance. • Facilitate and lead information exchange between and among SIAM Suppliers on Change matters, including collision and dependency management across the schedule. • Identify and alert on any dysfunction or possible optimisation in the Change process and propose recommendations for improvement.



• Operate the Emergency Change process in support of incident resolution, including outside the Change team's business hours, in coordination with Major Incident Management. Skill Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL • 7+ years in Change and Release Management including process ownership and CAB leadership. • Experience chairing or co-chairing a CAB in a multi-supplier environment. • Strong risk and impact assessment capability, including collision detection across a change schedule. • Change record auditing and quality governance; emergency change practice. • ITIL 4 certified; fluent skilled English. ROLE NOTES DESIRABLE • ITIL 4 Managing Professional. • BMC Helix ITSM change module configuration awareness. • Release and deployment management in an end-user computing estate. • Experience with DevOps or agile release cadences alongside classical CAB governance. The Client retains ownership of the Change process, its policies and its governance framework. This role delivers the delegated execution, facilitation, audit and reporting layer in consultation with the Client Change Process Owner
