Position: Site Supervisor
Department: Interior & Construction
Experience: 0–3 years preferred
Location: Trichy / Project Sites

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, measurements and design specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions.
- Plan daily work and allocate tasks to workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements and inform the office about shortages.
- Maintain daily site reports and work updates.
- Coordinate with customers and explain site-related requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues during execution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the work site.
- Take photos/videos of work progress and share regular updates with the office.

Required Skills:





- Good knowledge of interior works and construction processes.
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and multiple activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
