Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Design Trainer who can effectively train students in graphic design concepts, industry-standard tools, and practical design techniques. The candidate will be responsible for delivering structured sessions, guiding students through practical projects, assessing their progress, and preparing them for industry-oriented design roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured and practical Graphic Design training sessions.
- Teach design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual communication.
- Provide hands-on training in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other relevant design software.
- Demonstrate professional design workflows and industry best practices.
- Guide students in creating portfolios and practical design projects.
- Evaluate student assignments, projects, and technical progress.
- Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
- Encourage students to develop creativity, problem-solving, and professional design skills.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools, and industry requirements.
- Maintain training records, student assessments, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the Technical Head and relevant teams regarding student progress and performance.




- Support students in becoming job-ready through portfolio development and practical assignments.
- Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, classroom discipline, and effective communication.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Solid creative and conceptual thinking.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong project and portfolio development skills.
- Ability to handle students with different levels of technical knowledge.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience or professional portfolio will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.

Experience

- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Training, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and a proven portfolio are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
