Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Maintenance
- Maintain electrical panels, DBs, MCBs, wiring, sockets, lights, and power points.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and attend emergency faults.
- Monitor UPS, inverter, DG and power backup systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical areas such as IVF Lab, OT and cryopreservation areas.
- HVAC & Air-Conditioning
- Routine maintenance of AC units, AHU and ventilation systems.
- Monitor temperature and humidity in critical areas.
- Coordinate with AMC vendors for major HVAC servicing.
- Immediately report abnormal temperature/humidity conditions.
- Plumbing & Civil Maintenance
- Attend leakage, drainage, water-supply and sanitary issues.
- Basic repair of doors, locks, ceilings, walls, fittings, etc.
- Ensure proper functioning of washrooms and water systems.
- IVF Lab & OT Support
- Ensure electrical and utility infrastructure is available for IVF laboratory, OT, recovery and procedure areas.
- Respond immediately to utility failures in critical areas.
- Coordinate with biomedical/engineering vendors for equipment-related issues.
- Maintain preventive-maintenance records.
- Safety & Compliance
- Check emergency lights, electrical safety and fire-safety systems.
- Support fire-drill and emergency preparedness activities.




- Ensure electrical installations are safe and free from hazards.
- Maintain maintenance checklists and breakdown records.
- Vendor/AMC Coordination
- Coordinate with AC, DG, UPS, electrical, fire and other AMC vendors.
- Follow up on pending breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Verify completion of maintenance work.

Ideal Qualification

ITI – Electrician

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years maintenance experience.
- Preferably experience in hospital, IVF centre, diagnostic centre, healthcare facility or commercial building.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, AC/HVAC, DG, UPS and basic plumbing.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.
