Role Description The English K12 Teacher (Himachal Pradesh Board) will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons to school students, ensuring concepts are clearly explained and learning outcomes are met. Responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, creating teaching materials, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain a supportive classroom environment, address individual learning needs, and collaborate with academic teams to improve instructional quality. Additional duties involve preparing students for board examinations,



maintaining accurate records, and participating in school meetings or training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills relevant to K12 students and HP Board curriculum.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills for designing structured, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and interaction with students and colleagues.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching school-level English, preferably with HP Board or similar state/national boards.
- Ability to use digital tools and educational technology to enhance classroom teaching.
- Robust classroom management, student engagement, and assessment skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching and continuous professional development.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
