We are seeking three experienced Civil Supervisors to oversee and manage in office construction activities across our project locations in Gujarat. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. You will act as the primary link between the site workers and the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and quality standards.
- Labour Management: Lead and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain high productivity.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines and provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Material Management: Track material consumption, request supplies as needed, and ensure zero wastage in office.
- Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular quality checks on workmanship and materials.
- Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues or delays immediately to keep projects on track.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction supervision.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred (Experience can substitute for formal education).
- Technical Skills: * Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of civil measurements and billing.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Gujarat.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi; basic knowledge of Gujarati or English is an advantage.
- Attributes: Strong leadership skills, high physical stamina for site work, and excellent time-management abilities.
Schedule & Travel
- Day shift with occasional overtime depending on project milestones.
- Must be willing to work at various project sites within Gujarat.
