The Senior Bike Mechanic is responsible for carrying out accurate and efficient servicing, repair, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Honda two-wheelers. The role requires strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining Honda service standards and workshop quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform periodic service, general repairs, and preventive maintenance of Honda two-wheelers.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, fuel-injection, starting, charging, braking, and suspension-related problems.
- Conduct accurate fault diagnosis using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic methods.
- Carry out engine-related repairs, clutch work, transmission repairs, brake system repairs, and other major mechanical jobs.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly and identify additional repair or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all repair work is completed correctly and within the expected service time.
- Follow manufacturer-recommended service procedures, technical standards,



and safety practices.
- Conduct final checks after completing repair and service work to ensure vehicle quality and roadworthiness.
- Handle customer vehicles carefully and maintain cleanliness during service and repair.
- Guide and support junior mechanics and technicians in technical and repair-related activities.
- Assist the Workshop In-Charge / Service Manager in resolving difficult technical complaints.
- Ensure replaced parts and components are handled as per company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report major technical issues, repeated failures, and unusual vehicle problems to the concerned supervisor.
- Attend technical training and continuously update knowledge of recent Honda models, technologies, and repair procedures.
- Follow all company policies, workshop safety procedures, and Honda service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
