We are seeking a strategic, highly experienced Chief Banking Officer (CBO) to lead corporate treasury, financial structuring, and institutional banking relationships. In this executive role, one will play a pivotal part in securing and managing debt financing, working capital lines, structured project finance, and banking partnerships necessary to fuel our large-scale energy projects and accelerate long-term corporate profitability.

- Banking & Financial Partnerships: Managing relationships with public sector banks, private financial institutions, (NBFCs), and international lenders to optimize credit terms and cost of capital.
- Debt Structuring & Project Finance: Financial structuring for large-scale energy, infrastructure, and commercial expansion projects. Secure competitive long-term debt, term loans, letter of credit (LC) limits, and bank guarantees (BG).
- Risk & Compliance Management:



Ensure rigorous compliance with banking covenants, regulatory frameworks and internal financial risk controls.
- Cost Optimization: Negotiate interest rates, transaction fees, and banking charges across all corporate accounts to maximize bottom-line efficiency.
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or an MBA from a premier business school.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 to 20 years of progressive executive-level experience in corporate banking, treasury management, or as a Chief Financial/Banking Officer, ideally within capital-intensive sectors like energy, power, infrastructure, or heavy manufacturing.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
