Diploma in mechanical/B-tech/BE in mechanical

Experience - 5+ Years (Automobile experience preferred)

Must have valid Four wheeler driving licence

Technical knowledge, communication and People management skills, Customer orientation

Roles and responsibilities

- Ensure workshop efficiency - Ensure optimal workshop efficiency through effective organization and coordination.
- Analyse profitability - Conduct profitability analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic decision-making
- Compliant management - Effectively manage and address customer complaints, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction
- Relationship building - Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.




- Spare parts handling - Oversee spare parts management, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing downtime
- Safety Maintenance - Uphold and promote safety standards within the workshop setting
- Relationship building - Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Profitability Sustainability - Strategically contribute to sustaining dealership profitability through efficient operations and customer-centric approaches
- Implement SQS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
