About the Role

3Wheels.AI is looking for a motivated and curious Tech Associate to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who have basic knowledge of coding and technology, a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and an interest in research and development.

The candidate will work across basic technical tasks, research, documentation/catalog management, AI-assisted development, and internal technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic coding and technical development tasks.
- Assist in Research & Development (R&D;) activities and explore new technologies.
- Work with AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools.
- Create, maintain, and organize product/service catalogs and documentation.
- Research technical topics and prepare clear summaries and reports.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and improving basic technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate on assigned tasks.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows.
- Support the team in developing and improving technology-driven solutions.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of any programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, etc.




- Basic understanding of software development concepts.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, internet research, and productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn AI tools and current technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools.
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding / vibe coding.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Interest in technology, innovation, and R&D.;

Note: Advanced AI knowledge is not mandatory. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
