Job Title: Finance & Audit Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, financial reporting, and banking coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of taxation, accounting software, and financial documentation while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Process salary disbursement and calculate employee incentives accurately.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements and financial reports.
- Coordinate with banks and manage remittance documentation, including Form 15CA/15CB.
- Monitor revenue, prepare invoices, and track collections.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain financial records.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or Master's Degree (M.Com), MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations for multiple entities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in banking coordination and financial documentation is preferred.
