Role & responsibilities

- Calling: Make daily outbound & Inbound calls to potential clients from provided databases.
- Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers and understand their specific Needs
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in our CRM platform.

Preferred candidate profile

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Skills: Active listening, strong objection-handling capacity, and basic computer proficiency (Excel, basic CRM tools).
- Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards handling rejection.
