About the Role

Vive Housebanao Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.

The candidate must have strong accounting fundamentals along with practical knowledge of corporate accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related activities




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and processes

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Accounting Principles
- Practical knowledge of Corporate Accounting
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with Tally/accounting software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities
- Prior experience in a corporate environment will be preferred

We are looking for someone who is hands-on with accounts, understands corporate accounting practices, and can take responsibility for maintaining accurate and organized financial records.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience, knowledge and skills.
